My name is Jayna Reasnor. I started creating Healthy Habits with my health & wellness journey over 10 years ago. I began as a certified personal trainer and while that gained me a lot of experience, I always knew I had a passion for more. I continued working on myself and creating new healthy dishes became a hobby. Over the years, I opened multiple nutrition based businesses to help make an impact on the community.
When I quickly realized that health & wellness starts in the kitchen, I saw an opportunity to make an even bigger impact on the community by providing healthy prepped meals. To further my career in this industry, I became a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition and continued to educate myself with the evolving nutrition studies.
My mission is to practice Healthy Habits daily and help show the world that ONE step at a time, we can conquer our goals. Eating healthier, more wholesome foods will change your energy levels, thinking patterns and most importantly..your LIFE.
